What is Support Coordination?
Support Coordination helps you understand and use your NDIS plan. We translate the jargon, weigh up provider options with you, and connect you with supports that match your goals — so your funding actually works for the life you want.
Do I need an NDIS plan to start?
To access most of our services you'll need an active NDIS plan. If you're not sure where you stand, give us a call — we can talk through your situation and point you the right way, even if we're not the right fit yet.
How quickly can you start supports?
Usually within one to two weeks of your first conversation. We'll confirm receipt of any referral within one business day, and from there we move at the pace that suits you.
Do you serve my area?
We support participants across Sydney Metro, including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, North Shore, Western Sydney, the Sutherland Shire, the Hills District and Parramatta. If you're not sure, ask — we'll tell you straight.
How do referrals work?
Self-referrals are welcome, and support coordinators, LACs, and family members can refer too. Use the referral form on this site or call us directly. We'll arrange a free, no-obligation chat to see if we're a fit.
What does it cost?
Our services are billed against your NDIS plan at the agreed NDIS Price Guide rates. There are no extra fees, no surprise charges, and the initial chat is always free.
