About Ntrinsic Care
Person-centred support that's actually centred on the person.
Ntrinsic Care is a small, Sydney-based NDIS team. We started because too many participants told us the same thing — they had a plan, but no real sense of how to use it. We exist to change that, one steady conversation at a time.

To help every participant move forward with clarity, dignity, and genuine choice.
Our approach
We listen first. We explain things in plain language. We follow through on what we say, and we tell you when we don't have the answer yet. No jargon, no shortcuts.

Ntrinsic Care is an NDIS registered provider offering a range of support services to people with disability across Sydney. We believe every participant deserves to live on their own terms — and that real support goes beyond ticking boxes. We show up with care, honesty, and a genuine interest in the person in front of us.
Our team reflects the diversity of the communities we serve. With workers from a range of cultural, linguistic, and religious backgrounds, we're better placed to understand where participants are coming from — and to provide support that actually fits their life.
